If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of your service and cannot rebook until it's paid. If you cancel/no call no show within 12 hours of your appointment you will be charged 100% of your service and you cannot rebook until it's paid. Reschedules within 12 hours must be made the same week or you will be charged the full amount. have a grace period of 10 minutes for being late - anything past 10 minutes your appointment will be canceled and you will be counted as a no call no show.
